50+ years of experience in several areas including the aero-space industry, real estate brokerage and development, acting as a Bankruptcy Receiver for the 15th Circuit of Florida and in the financial markets, as an investment advisor and investment banker, is a Principal and Co-Managing Member of Northstar Biochem, LLC. (NSBC). Mr. Reiser’s objective as a Member of NSBC, is to take renewable bio-sugars and create higher alcohols to produce higher added-value natural bio-chemicals – not to make new products but to make the products better and less costly, by using a new feed – renewable bio-sugars, with both innovative and off-the-shelf technology. Having received his BS Degree from Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. and attended Graduate School at George Washington University, Washington, DC. (studies interrupted by Vietnam Conflict), Mr. Reiser is the founder of The Reiser Group of Companies and has developed several US Patents relating to cattle animal feeds and has established the trademark, Southern Premium Cattle Feed. |
Yogendra Sarin |
35+ years of experience, Mr. Yogendra (Yogi) Sarin has been responsible for technology and Catalyst development, process licensing, design, training, plant operations, troubleshooting, and improving variety of technology plants including Biorefineries, Ethanol, Ethylene, Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol, Maleic anhydride, Synthetic fiber and others in some 20+ countries around the globe. Having founded Petron group in 1988, he founded process technology and Catalyst focused Petron Scientech Inc. (PSI) in New Jersey, USA in 1991 to work on sustainable and efficient carbon reducing technologies. He is its head of management, operation, technology, catalyst and business development. Prior to founding Petron, Mr. Yogendra Sarin was in charge of Scientific Design company, USA’s plant operations and technical services worldwide. He has a postgraduate degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Milan, Italy; a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, USA; and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler technical university, Kanpur, India. He attended management courses at Columbia University, New York. Owns patents and publications. |
Frank Liotta |
35 years of experience, Dr. Frank Liotta has been responsible for technology and new product development and commercialization with P&L responsibility, for both petrochemicals and renewable green products. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and COO for Petron Scientech and BioChem USA, where he oversees the commercial operations and Biochem’s efforts to establish joint ventures globally to produce renewable chemicals, polymers and fuels, including bio-ethanol, bio-ethylene, bio-EO, bio-MEG. Previously, he served as Director Business Development at Virent (Madison, WI), leading efforts to identify, develop and grow new business opportunities and collaborations in both renewable biofuels and renewable chemicals, including the commercialization bio-paraxylene, a key building block for bio-PET. Also, at Virent, he had commercial responsibility for the site selection process for Virent’s planned first plant, negotiating all agreements with the site host. Prior to joining Virent, Frank had 25 years of experience at LyondellBasell managing both R&D and all aspects of new product global commercialization for a diverse set of products. Frank earned his BS in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University, his MS and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Cornell University, and his MBA in finance from St. Joseph’s University. He holds 20 patents families. |
Michael Milicevic |
35+ years of experience, has been in agricultural operations management including farming, cattle, feedlot management, sugar cane and biofuel crops and is a Member of Northstar Biochemical, LLC. (NSBC). Mr. Michael (MIke) Milicevic’s objective is to produce feedstock crops to supply the NSBC renewable bio-sugars to bio-chemicals plant and to assist in the development of NSBC. Having received his Bachelors of Science in Agronomy at the University of Florida and his Master of Agriculture at Texas A&M University and his years of senior management in agricultural operations, Mike is experienced in many areas of agriculture. In Mike’s prior employment he was the General Manager of Lykes Bros. Inc. Ranch Division and was the US Agricultural Operations Manager for BP Biofuels. Currently, Mike owns 4AM Farming company and grows over 4,000 acres of sugar cane. |
